Munich: “Chef of the Year” competition in the Allianz Arena – Munich

A chef should never be nervous. But today Alex Högner is nervous. No wonder, he only has five minutes left to serve the main course and dessert. The rules are strict in this competition. Anyone who breaks the bar and takes too much time will either not be allowed to serve at all or will have points deducted. So, out with the Lièvre à la royale, a roast rabbit, for the twelve jurors! Finally, they should also try the dessert, a dream of sorbet and mousses made with fresh herbs or, as Högner puts it: “A spring meadow through and through!”
