Tim Mälzer vs Graciela Cucchiara: Why cooking connects – Munich

Graciela Cucchiara was born in San Isidro near Buenos Aires. At the age of seven, she had her father install a children’s kitchen next to her grandmother’s stove. At 26, she went to her great-grandparents’ homeland of Italy. There and in Germany she worked as a music therapist, photographer and graphic designer, married twice, traveled around the world until she founded the “Kochgarage” in Munich, an event location. With the beginning of the Corona pandemic, she now runs a shop for Italian specialties, “Alimentari da Graciela”, in which she still organizes events. If ordered in advance, Graciela Cucchiara cooks take-away dishes and is well-known throughout the city for her lasagna.
