The Brenner restaurant behind the State Opera is celebrating its 20th anniversary with great enthusiasm. With many well-known names – well mixed with a high proportion of young, mostly blonde women who would also pass as influencers.
Rudi Kull is a bit uneasy half an hour before the start: “We invited 750 people,” he says, “if they all come, we have a problem. Normally at least a third don’t show up. But hardly anyone canceled this time.” At least the weather held up this Thursday evening, there was enough space outside and we didn’t stand on each other’s feet. It would have been cramped inside in the Brenner, there is room for around 400 guests in all.
