When asked the inevitable question of his stance with NFT and digital scarcity, Keanu Reeves said these artworks were easily copied before he started giggling.
“They are easy to replicate.”
Reeves’ comments caused a lot of virality on Twitter, with Shopify Engineering Manager David Zhou tweeting that the actor’s laughter was all he needed for Christmas.
Some have also noticed Keanu Reeves’ co-star Carrie-Anne Moss’ reaction to tedious and unnecessary questions about crypto and NFT.
But despite not being a fan of NFT, Keanu Reeves has confirmed that he holds some crypto, but he did not mention the name of any specific cryptocurrencies, which was bought by his friend and Kea. Nu Reeves insists he is not actively involved in digital asset trading.
Keanu Reeves also criticized Facebook for its “metaverse,” noting that not all of those ideas were invented by the company.
