A great classic of room service

“The club sandwich is a classic in hotels around the world,” says Juan Arbelaez. I had the opportunity to prepare some at the Bristol or the George V, but I wanted to do mine. Ingredients for two clubs

1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 pinch of tandoori spices, 1 100g chicken fillet, 2 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 3 slices of sandwich bread, 1 sucrine, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 10 cherry tomatoes and 1 treviso salad.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C

2. Combine the soy sauce and tandoori spices in a dish, place the chicken fillet and leave to marinate.

3. Boil a pot of water, immerse the eggs and cook for 10 minutes. Let them cool in ice water, then peel them and cut them into slices.

4. Place the bacon slices on parchment paper, along with the marinated chicken fillet. Bake for 10 minutes. In the meantime, toast the slices of bread.

5. Slice the sucrine and mix it with the mayonnaise. Cut the cherry tomatoes into thin slices. Unravel the treviso. Take the bacon and chicken out of the oven. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.

6.
