Several calls from so-called grandchildren tricksters were received by citizens in the villages of Oberpframmern and Aßling on Thursday afternoon. The police announced this in a press release. Accordingly, the callers told those affected that a person close to them had caused a fatal traffic accident and was now in custody as a result. For the release of the relative, the person called had to pay a bail of several thousand euros. However, all those called saw through the fraud, so there was no damage.
