Cathy Hummels has never been seen like this before. The presenter surprises with a new look: she now has striking curls.
Presenter Cathy Hummels (35) surprises her fans with a completely new look on Instagram. In a video, she shows her followers how she transformed her hair into eye-catching curls. “My private life is so boring, I needed some new energy,” she commented on her type change.
In addition to the before and after video Hummels also shared three pictures, which show them with their new hairstyle. She also published a photo of herself and her mother Marion Fischer (62), who also has curls. Hummels wrote: “I finally look more like my mother.”

The comments particularly point out the similarity to one of the most famous curly haired women in film history. As a follower noted, Hummels now resembles actress Jennifer Gray (63) in her cult role of Frances “Baby” Houseman in the classic film “Dirty Dancing.”
Her mom has also already spoken out about her daughter’s new style. In an interview with the “Bild” newspaper said Fischer: “I think Cathy looks sweet, very beautiful. I really like her new hairstyle.” It’s also true that she looks like her now, if you think back about 30 years: “But I think she’s prettier than me.”
