Apple publishes visionOS SDK including a simulator, developers can try out Vision Pro in Munich

In line with this announcement, Apple released a screenshot showing the App Store, where Vision Pro users can download new software. Apparently the menu contains only three entries – apps, games and the search function. The store is otherwise structured similarly to that of the iPhone, with extensive recommendations and app collections intended to make it easier to discover new software.

Developers who want to program software for Apple Vision Pro can try the headset starting in July, as Apple opens developer labs in Cupertino, London, Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo and Munich. The main purpose of these labs is to allow developers to test their software on a headset and to get advice from Apple’s experts. It’s also possible to request developer kits, although Apple hasn’t specified how many headsets will be distributed to developers before launch.
