A police operation ended in a vendetta at the Vannes police station on Thursday evening, reports West France. Earlier today, an anti-drug operation was carried out in the Bourdonnaye district. It had led to the seizure of dozens of cannabis resin bars and cocaine casseroles in a building cellar. The police dog also smelled a bag used to carry drugs.

A few hours later, eight individuals came to the town police station to retrieve the bag in question. Knocking violently on the doors, they threatened to “burn down the police station and gravel the police”. Officers responded by dispersing the tape with tear gas. The 22-year-old leader was arrested and remanded in custody. He is to be tried Tuesday in immediate appearance in court, specifies The Telegram.
