The suspect, arrested on Saturday, was presented to the investigating judge who charged him and decided to place him in preventive detention at the Sanem Prison Center.

According to the local press, the victim is from Longuyon, in the French department of Meurthe-et-Moselle, and he was celebrating the end of year holidays with colleagues and friends when the tragedy occurred.
