Yanis Marshall accuses Bruno Vandelli of sexual assault of a minor

He found “the strength” to speak. Yanis Marshall, former dance teacher at the “Star Academy”, announced that he had asked his lawyer Kaltoum Gachi to “file a criminal complaint” against Bruno Vandelli. He accuses the choreographer made famous in the show “Pop star” in 2002 of having sexually assaulted when he was 14. “For several years now, the events of which I was a victim at the age of 14 have haunted me, destroyed me, and plunged me into real distress,” he confides in a message published on his Instagram account.

Now aged 34, he manages to testify twenty years later because “he knows that he is not the only one in this situation”, this “distress”. “I had a lot of difficulty expressing myself on this subject but now I am ready,” continues the former “Star Academy” professor. I must act for myself and I also think of others. »

Several “heartbreaking testimonies”

“The fact that other people have also been victims gives me the strength to lead this fight for justice and the truth, to go to the end, to denounce to the courts the facts of which I was a victim so that no one does not have to endure them,” he explains again.

His message is accompanied by an invitation to other potential victims of Bruno Vandelli to tell their stories. Yanis Marshall claims to have already received “upsetting testimonies”. “Thank you for telling me your story, thank you for trusting me,” he wrote. Bruno Vandelli has not yet reacted to these accusations.
