The events took place on Wednesday evening, around 9 p.m. A woman in her forties died after falling several floors from her building in Villeurbanne, near Lyon, reports News Lyon.
Despite the emergency services’ attempts to resuscitate the victim, they were only able to note his death on the spot. Still according to the local media, an investigation has been opened to determine the exact circumstances of the tragedy.
