There is really only one way this war should end: Russia stops bombing its neighbor and gets its soldiers back. For Ukraine to be forced to negotiate with the regime that invaded it is intolerable. And it’s almost politically and morally indecent to talk about what Ukraine needs to do to stop terrorism in the face of images of civilians being killed. It is not the attacked party who has the duty to do something, but the attacker.
