Von der Leyen’s political vacation – opinion

There is usually little reason to politicize politicians’ vacations. Women officers who work every day of the year are strongly encouraged to take a few days off. And you should treat them as private individuals, so leave them alone. Superficially, this also applies to Ursula von der Leyen (CDU), President of the European Commission. She spent a few days on vacation over the weekend with Greece’s Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, who has just been re-elected and is a member of the same party family.
