A boy came to the hospital in Upper Bavaria after a fight with another elementary school student with internal injuries. The 10-year-old had therefore been operated on in the hospital, said the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria North on Wednesday. The criminal police are now investigating how the dispute between the two boys at the elementary school in Vohburg an der Donau in the Pfaffenhofen district and the serious injuries could have occurred.
According to the previous investigations, the victim and a nine-year-old classmate had argued on Monday on the school grounds. According to the information, the argument then turned into mutual pushing and kicking in the legs. Finally, the nine-year-old hit the other boy in the stomach with his fist. This one fell to the ground. Because the ten-year-old’s health deteriorated afterwards, the school called the emergency services. The boy came to the hospital.
