A delegation including Ecowas President Omar Touray flew to the capital Niamey on Saturday for talks with the military junta, a Nigerian presidential spokesman said. The delegation met with Niger’s ousted President Mohamed Bazoum and junta chief General Abdourahmane Tiani during the visit.
