Two other minors indicted for attempted homicide

Two other minors were indicted this Wednesday by the investigating judge in charge of the attack on Samara, upon leaving her college on April 2 in Montpellier. The two teenagers are allegedly involved in the violent attack on the 13-year-old schoolgirl and are being prosecuted for attempted homicide of a minor under 15 years old. These are students of the establishment.

This brings the number of minors indicted in this case to five. “The rectorate indicated to the Parisian having taken precautionary measures and prohibited access to the establishment to the two adolescents, pending their appearance before the disciplinary council”, explains The Parisianwho revealed the information.

The schoolgirl is very psychologically scarred

Samara fell into a coma after her attack, for several hours, before waking up and leaving the hospital six days later. Although she does not seem to suffer any physical after-effects, she is, however, very psychologically scarred and did not return to school on Monday, the start of the school year at the Montpellier academy.

The schoolgirl’s mother was also heard for more than two hours by the investigating judge on Monday. She is waiting to be able to learn the conclusions of the two inspectors in charge of the “flash mission”, requested by Nicole Belloubet. In their first report, they pointed to “malicious and extensive use of social networks” via “Fisha” accounts.
