A man died in a car accident in Milbertshofen and several people were injured, some of them critically. According to initial investigations, a 22-year-old drove through a red light in his car with three other men and collided with another car at an intersection, the police said on Sunday.
After the collision, the 22-year-old’s car hit a sign and a street lamp, and a 26-year-old passenger was thrown out of the car through the rear window. The man died of his injuries in hospital despite attempts to revive him.
Another 37-year-old passenger was reportedly also critically injured in the accident on Sunday morning. The 22-year-old suspected cause of the accident and his passenger sustained minor injuries. The driver of the other car was not injured.
