This boss gives 1,000 euros and a raise to all his employees for Christmas

A good boss, happy employees. He did not give in to the threat of a strike, he did not try to redeem karma points or even take advantage of an attractive tax measure, André Pecqueur, the CEO of the Saint-Omer brewery, in Pas-de-Calais. And yet, at the beginning of December, with a smile on his face, this boss dropped hundreds of thousands of euros for the sole purpose of pleasing his employees.

At the head of TSA, a transport company, the Goudale brewery and the Saint-Omer brewery, André Pecqueur has some 800 employees under his wing. And, at 80, the man is an old-school boss, taking great care of those who run his business. So when it was necessary to pay the “Macron bonus” of 1,000 euros, three years ago, he did it willingly. So much so, that he decided to do it every year since.

The “Pecqueur” bonus

At the beginning of December, its 800 employees received a new bonus of 1,000 euros, paid ahead of the holidays, “so that everyone can take advantage of offering what they want for Christmas to the children or to their spouse”, rejoiced Andre Pecqueur on the Facebook page of the company.

And this year, it didn’t stop there since it’s a gift at the end of each month that the lucky employees will receive. The octogenarian boss announced that all staff will benefit from a 5% salary increase. According to France 3, everyone will also be entitled to a 13th month and an incentive bonus, the amount of which has not been communicated.
