The document is no longer required to enter seven shopping centers

The Strasbourg administrative court (which has authority over the Bas-Rhin and the Haut-Rhin) on Friday suspended the prefectural decree making the health pass compulsory for seven shopping centers in the Haut-Rhin. One of the managers of these centers had seized the court following the prefectural decree, taken on August 18 by the prefect Louis Laugier. The health pass is therefore no longer compulsory to have access to the centers.

The prefectural decree was suspended because “it seriously and manifestly violated the freedom to come and go” for establishments selling “essential goods”, in this case the many supermarkets present in these shopping centers. , according to France 3 Region.

The health pass will therefore have lasted nine days in these centers, unless an appeal of the decision comes back to re-change the observation of this imbroglio.
