A teenager was fatally stabbed on Friday in Valenton (Val-de-Marne) and a homicide investigation was opened, we learned from the Créteil public prosecutor’s office and from a police source, confirming information from the Parisian.
At this stage, there is “no notion [qu’il s’agisse d’une] brawl between gangs”, specified the prosecution, four days after a 15-year-old teenager was killed in this type of inter-neighborhood clashes in Domont (Val-d’Oise).
Alterment between five to six people
In Valenton, the 16-year-old teenager was fatally stabbed while he was going to an appointment made on an Internet site to sell jogging pants, according to a police source.
Still according to this source, an altercation between him and five other people broke out and he received a fatal stab wound to the thigh.
A duty magistrate went to the site, added the Créteil public prosecutor’s office. The investigation was entrusted to the Val-de-Marne departmental judicial police service.
