The start date for the third season of the acclaimed series “Ted Lasso” has been set. The new episodes will be available on Apple TV+ from March 15th.

A popular series is coming back: The third season “Ted Lasso” starts on March 15th on Apple TV+. The streaming provider has now announced this. This is the first series on Apple TV +, “which starts in the middle of the week,” says a press release. A new episode comes out every Wednesday. On Tuesday (February 14) also became a first teaser released for the new season.

That’s what season three is about

The sitcom stars Jason Sudeikis (47) as American college football coach Ted Lasso, who is recruited for an English Premier League side – despite having no experience of football. The critically acclaimed series has won multiple Emmys, including for Best Comedy Series. Sudeikis is not only active as an actor, but also as a producer. The first season started in 2020, the second season in July 2021.

In the 12-episode third season of ‘Ted Lasso’, newly promoted AFC Richmond find themselves ridiculed as the media sees the club bottom in the Premier League. While Ted is dealing with the pressures of work, he’s struggling with his own personal issues at home. Things seem to be falling apart both on and off the pitch, but Team Lasso will still do their best.
