Karl Lauterbach remains true to himself, you have to give him that. He announced the biggest reversal in his still short term on a talk show. At the beginning of the week, Lauterbach decided that the obligation to isolate in the case of corona disease should be dropped. But after harsh criticism and harsh comments, the Minister of Health braked on Tuesday evening with squeaky tires, turned around and is now zooming in the opposite direction. In action films, such stunts are part of the heroes’ basic repertoire. In a pandemic, however, that is very bad, especially for the Federal Minister of Health.
