Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi counts exactly four major “fantasies” when it comes to America’s China policy. Number one, that the US could successfully interfere in the reunification process with Taiwan. Numbers two and three, that they succeed in sabotaging China’s rise and “manipulating” geopolitical reality. And number four, that Americans can’t correctly separate “right from wrong” — and get away with it. Wang Yi warned in a statement on Wednesday that anyone who stands in the way of China’s peaceful rise will only experience one thing: “bloodshed.”
