SZ taster: This is how it tastes in the Cutlerei in Berg am Laim – Munich

The cutting shop has opened in the Macherei on a former brick factory site. The finest delicate creations are served in a loft ambience – at the same prices.

When Rosa Marín told her colleagues from the tasting that they should go to the tailor’s shop in Berg am Laim, the questions were not long in coming: “What’s that called?” “Where is that, why Berg am Laim?” So: Cutlerei is derived from the English word for cutlery, cutlery. And Berg am Laim, well, that now seems to be the new “place to be”. Because where hip architecture gains a foothold, the appropriate catering for hip people who work, sleep and do fitness behind brick walls or glass facades is not far away.
