The role of drug chef Walter White made Bryan Cranston world famous. Now he is supposed to play the role again. Aaron Paul should also play his assistant again.

Walter White and Jesse Pinkman return: Actors Bryan Cranston (66) and Aaron Paul (42) slip back into their roles from the cult series “Breaking Bad” in the season finale of the spin-off series “Better Call Saul”.

A photo showing the actors in their roles was posted on the Twitter channel of the “Breaking Bad” offshoot on Sunday (local time).

It said there: “You come back. #BetterCallSaul». The industry journal “Variety” had previously reported on the return of the two series characters. Producer Peter Gould announced this during a performance in Los Angeles.

“Better Call Saul”, started in 2015, tells the story of the lawyer Saul Goodman, who repeatedly helped the two drug dealers White and Pinkman out of trouble in “Breaking Bad”. Bob Odenkirk will once again play the leading role. The sixth and final season is scheduled to start on April 18 on US broadcaster AMC and will be available again on Netflix from April 19.
