Shortage of skilled workers: Ayinger boss Angela Inselkammer in an interview – Economy

There is a lack of skilled workers in the catering trade, also because the working hours put many people off, says Angela Inselkammer, manager of the Ayinger Gasthof. About concrete solutions and the psychology of the recession.

Lea Hampel, Aying

Angela Inselkammer is the mistress of the Ayinger Gasthof, mother of three children and grandmother of ten grandchildren. The name Ayinger, under which her family runs a brewery, inn and beer garden, stands for jobs, a brand and local celebrities far beyond the town near Munich. Inselkammer, born in 1953, took over the business from her mother-in-law about 30 years ago as a career changer. She is just hurrying through the noble anterooms and asks for patience. She wants to switch from the gas supply to wood pellets from her forest and has to make a phone call to a technician. Then she sits down in the pretty inner courtyard for a chat.
