School in Bavaria: “Just learning and throwing up is no longer enough” – Bavaria

The Hilpoltstein secondary school has already made it into the top 20 with its first application for the German School Prize. In its justification, the jury focused primarily on the Scrum principle that is used at the school in Middle Franconia. The model for agile project management originally comes from product development: a project is revised in short “sprints” until the result is satisfactory. Headmaster Stefan Bindner explains in an interview how this system can improve a school.
