Twelve cross-country skiing decisions, seven ski jumping events and five Nordic combined competitions: at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Slovenian Planica the athletes can win gold, silver and bronze in a total of 24 medal decisions.
The nation to beat is called Norway. At the last World Cup, the Scandinavians won 31 medals, 13 of them gold.
Schedule and Nordic World Ski Championships live on TV
ARD, ZDF and Eurosport broadcast the competitions from February 23rd to March 4th. All decisions can be seen on free TV. The reporter team at ZDF consists of Peter Leissl (cross-country skiing), Volker Grube (Nordic combination), Eike Papsdorf (Ski Jumping Women) and Stephen Beer (Ski Jumping Men).
