From Munich every quarter of an hour with the S-Bahn to the districts; to Freising, Erding and Ebersberg, to Holzkirchen, Tutzing, Herrsching, and so on: sounds great. The other way around, of course, every quarter of an hour to Munich. And not until the middle of the next decade or even later, when the second main line of the S-Bahn is finished. But much earlier, namely in 2030. Then far more S-Bahn trains would be running in one fell swoop than has been the case up to now. This is the plan of the Bavarian Ministry of Transport. It’s a secret plan, not for the public.
