Recipe: Egg and Bacon Breakfast Muffins

Recipe for 4 servings:
Ingredients:

3 tsp thyme

4 tbsp olive oil
4 slices of toast bread
2 tbsp mustard
4 slices of bacon or bacon
4 eggs

Preparation:

Brush the muffin tin with olive oil to make the muffins easier to remove later. Roll out the toast slices with a rolling pin and then carefully press them into the hollows. Spread the toast with mustard, top each with a strip of bacon and sprinkle with thyme. Crack the eggs one at a time and place one egg at a time into a muffin. Bake everything at 160°C for 25-30 minutes and serve while still hot.
