Harry and Meghan are currently promoting the first Winter Invictus Games in Canada. There was still time to declare war on her critics.

Staying since Valentine’s Day on February 14th Prince Harry (39) and Duchess Meghan (42) in Canada. The couple wants to literally bring the first Winter Invictus Games to the slopes there next year. For the couple it should also be a welcome change after the hustle and bustle of the past few days. Criticism of her new homepage, astonishment about her children’s alleged name change – there was a lot to smile about on the ski slopes in Canada. At the same time, there was apparently a declaration of war on everyone who seemed to have made it their mission to “break” the two.

The couple is particularly bothered by the predictions that their joint appearance in Canada is something like a final test of a possible reconciliation with the British royal family. “The Mirror” quotes a spokesman in this regard of the Sussexes, saying: “We’ve heard several times now that certain matters would be ‘all or nothing’ moments for the couple. They’re still there. They’re still working and pursuing things that they believe, even though they are constantly challenged and criticized. This couple cannot be broken.”

The two obviously want to convey this impression in Canada too. In a great mood and hand in hand, the couple set off for the training camp on the first day of their visit. In total they will stay there for three days and meet with other members of the international Invictus community at the winter training camp. The first Winter Invictus Games will take place in Vancouver and Whistler in February 2025.

Why is there criticism of the website?

Shortly before leaving for Canada, Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry launched under the title “Sussex.com” your new website. However, the fact that the couple continues to use a royal name has met with criticism from some aristocracy fans. Meghan’s biography on the homepage was also perceived as supposedly self-aggrandizing.

Another surprise was that the two also gave their children a new surname – and have done so since Charles’ coronation. “The Times” recently reportedthat Archie (4) and Lilibet (2) no longer have their last names Mountbatten-Windsor. Instead, the two now go by the name Sussex, like their parents.
