The Pokémon Presents stream gave us some new information about Pokémon Crimson and Crimson and also confirmed numerous leaks. Above all, we can actually ride, fly and swim on the legendary Pokémon Koraidon and Miraidon.
What else was new to see in the trailer:
- Legendary Companion: Koraidon or Miraidon respectively are available to you right from the start and let you ride, swim or fly on them.
- The Paldea Region: The new region is called Paldea and the entire island can be seen briefly in the trailer with artwork.
- Arenas: There are a total of eight arenas in the game, which you can access in any order.
- Paldeia forms: Regional Pokémon forms are making a return. There was a brief glimpse of a Paldeia Felino in the trailer.
- New Pokemon: In addition to the regional forms, there will also be numerous new Pokémon. The trailer briefly featured the fluffy dog Pokémon Hefel and the steely Kolowal.
- Teracrystallization: Similar to Sword and Shield Dynamixing, Teracrystallization causes Pokémon to temporarily become stronger and take on a crystalline form. Some Pokémon also have a rare Tera type and can take on a completely new type through teracrystallization.
- Tera Raids: There are also raid battles again, which you can carry out with up to four people. There is a greater chance of rare Tera-type Pokemon here. You don’t have to wait for your opponents to take your turn, you can act at your own pace.

Special Pikachu for pre-orders
The pre-order bonus was also revealed. If you buy the game before release, you’ll get a special Pikachu with a unique Tera type not found anywhere else in the game. It’s the Tera-Type Flying (it becomes a Flying Pokémon when it’s Tera-Crystallized) and knows the attack Fly.
