The reality show “The Simple Life” with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie has a cult following. There will probably be a new format for the two It girls soon.
Will there be a new edition of “The Simple Life” soon? In the early 2000s, It girls Paris Hilton (43) and Nicole Richie (42) got a taste of “normal” life on their reality show, without any of their usual luxuries. As “Page Six” now reports, the two will soon be in front of the camera together again for a format. “TMZ” had previously learned about the plans.
According to the website, contracts for the project with Hilton and Richie have already been signed. The reality show will probably not be a one-to-one copy of “The Simple Life”, but will run under a new name. Filming hasn’t started yet, although the format has been in the planning stages for several months.

The fans should be happy about the reunion, after all “The Simple Life” has a large following. From 2003 to 2007, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie swapped their luxurious clothes for rubber boots and kitchen aprons. In the five seasons, the two high-society stars worked on a farm or had to make ends meet in the USA without any money. The show was very successful except for the last season and is even referred to as the “mother of reality shows”.
Hilton and Richie are still friends today. On Wednesday (May 8th) they both posted a collage of old photos together on their Instagram accounts. “Since day 1: Sill and Bill,” they wrote underneath, alluding to their nicknames.
