“Fish is my favorite product,” says Omar. It is the one I prefer to cook and that I prefer to eat, raw, cooked, marinated, in all its forms. The tartare, which we often offer in our other restaurant Mokonuts, we thought why not try it in a sandwich? »The result is there, crispy and tasty to perfection, despite a rather long preparation with its two stages: the sesame cream (or
tahini) with its nutty notes on one side, the trout tartare (but it could be salmon, tuna, mackerel) on the other.

“The freshness of tartare sprinkled with lemon on toast,” Omar emphasizes, “reminds me of the effect of fresh caviar on hot toast. »Except that the taste buds will wriggle for less: the sandwich that Omar generously garnished with fresh fish, sesame cream, tomatoes, salad, onion, herbs and lemon that Omar prepares in white bread thick sliced ​​costs only 12 euros and does the job perfectly for a meal taken on the go.
