Two men will appear as of this Thursday before the Gard Assize Court. They are accused of having massacred Redwan. The young man, aged 23, was murdered on the night of June 4 to 5, 2020, after having suffered multiple acts of violence. One of the two accused presented himself as the victim’s “best friend”.
The medical examiner counted 41 sharp or sharp wounds on Redwan’s body. The videos found on the cell phone of one of the accused, who had filmed the evening and then the agony of his victim, demonstrated a night of horror and real relentlessness. Prosecuted for murder with acts of torture and barbarity in a meeting, the two accused risk life imprisonment. The judgment must be rendered early next week.
