During targeted checks in five districts, the police convicted a total of five women between the ages of 24 and 36 for illegal prostitution. In three apartments and two hotels, the officers followed up on tips from the public and their own internet research.
The checks took place on Wednesday in Bogenhausen, Trudering, Pasing, Schwabing and Maxvorstadt. An illegal prostitution site was also found in an apartment in Trudering. According to the police report, the rooms were furnished “typically of the milieu.”
Three women and a 52-year-old man who had rented the apartment were found. The man received a report because of the illegal operation, as did one of the women, whose prostitution could be directly proven.
