More unvaccinated partying? Markus beginning was apparently at another carnival party

If the allegations are correct, this should not be beneficial for Markus Anfang: The resigned soccer coach may have celebrated at another 2G carnival party without vaccination, as reported by the “Kölner Stadtanzeiger”.
“Beginning and no end,” the “Süddeutsche Zeitung” muttered about the vaccination (pass) affair of former Werder coach Markus Anfang. The heading hits the situation pretty well, because almost every day new details come out about the football coach, who has resigned because of apparently falsified vaccination information. At the beginning of the week, the Cologne carnival association “Rote Funken” confirmed that it bought and picked up tickets for their session opening party at the beginning of November 11th. Photos show him dressed as a cook at a party – unvaccinated at a 2G party. Now the “Kölner Stadtanzeiger” reports that the 47-year-old was at another party two days later.
Wife is a dance trainer
According to the newspaper, the Worring Carnival Festival Committee was a guest at the beginning of Saturday, November 13th – also a 2G event. “Several pages” had confirmed the presence of the “Stadtanzeiger”. For the Cologne-born beginning it was obviously a kind of home visit, because he grew up near Worringen. His wife Manuela is the trainer of the dance corps “KG Änze Kääls”, which performed at the celebration.
Because Markus Anfang was also named as the contact person for his interim successor, interim trainer Danijel Zenkovic and who tested positive for Corona, he is now also in quarantine.
Beginning resigned as coach of second division Werder Bremen a week ago. The contact follow-up of a player suffering from Covid-19 had brought the authorities on the trail of the initial vaccination certificate. Since none of the vaccination dates listed therein are officially recorded and the batch number of the Biontech dose is not registered, the Bremen public prosecutor is now investigating. The trainer has now hired a lawyer and is silent on the allegations. Ex-assistant coach Florian Junge is also suspected of having used a fake vaccination certificate.
In the beginning there are severe consequences
If the presumption of falsification is confirmed, there is a wide range of sanctions at the beginning: a fine or even imprisonment is possible for falsification of documents. The German Football Association is also entrusted with the case: “We can confirm that the DFB control committee is also examining the Markus Anfang matter,” the association writes star-Inquiry. First of all, it is about a possible violation of the hygiene concept. Whether and what consequences the investigation could have, for example on the trainer’s license, has so far been “purely speculative – especially since the presumption of innocence applies initially,” said the DFB.
The beginning had only come to the Weser in the summer and should start the reconstruction of the Green-Whites after the first descent in 41 years. But now the second division has to look for a new head coach. Bremen’s sports director Frank Baumann had made himself strong before the start of the season and even paid a transfer fee to the predecessor club SV Darmstadt 98.
