If you wait three quarters of an hour for your food, it must be worth it. Lobster roll, the decadence in the bun, but an unforgettable treat – that’s what I liked to queue for at “Lobster Mob” at the Biscuit Mill market in Cape Town. Lobster is special in its aroma. The flesh is firm, you can taste the saltiness of the sea and yet the delicacy of the shellfish like a shrimp or a lobster.
