Two Russian regions, bordering Ukraine, and Crimea annexed by Moscow were targeted Wednesday morning and overnight by Ukrainian strikes, Russian authorities indicated, the day after a massive bombardment of Kiev by Russia. Russian regional officials reported limited damage, ensuring that all Ukrainian missiles had been shot down.
