The president questions him about the location of Estelle’s body.
Monique Olivier : “I still don’t know where the body is. I would love to find the body of the little one. I am monstrous, I know that. But don’t believe it, I would love to find it.”
The president reminds her that, however, she was with him when he went to bury the little one.
Monique Olivier sat down in the box: “I was there, but I did not accompany him to the exact location where the body was. When we returned there, I was unable to find the location. The body was in the trunk of the car, he went down, he took the body. He returned some time later because he wanted to move the body.”
President : “On October 23, 2020, you said that it was possible that the body of Estelle Mouzin was at Le Sautou (the Fourniret castle). You wanted to mislead the investigators…”
Monique Olivier : “But not at all. At Sautou, the judge told me that searches had been carried out.”
President : “Why are you talking about the Sautou, then?”
Me Delgenes explains that Michel Fourniret said, like Monique Olivier, that Estelle’s body could have been moved. Fourniret had spoken of Sautou first. “He was losing his mind a little,” comments the lawyer. Monique Olivier then mentioned it.
