Palina Rojinski and Rick Kavanian form the hard core of the advice team in the tenth season of “The Masked Singer”. In addition, a prominent guest was allowed to take part in the puzzles in each issue.

Finale of “The Masked Singer”: The tenth season ends on May 18, 2024 – and maybe a few interesting names will come up then.
The guessing team was sure about some of the masks in the anniversary season of the ProSieben show “The Masked Singer” quickly made a certainty: Palina Rojinski (39), Rick Kavanian (53) and their respective fellow guessers suspected a No Angels singer under Elgonia or Uschi Glas (80) in Babylöwen early on. But they also gave some absurd tips Jury off.
Are 50 Cent and Beyoncé joining in?
First of all: The broadcaster has come up with some changes for the tenth season. For example, the advice team was reorganized. This also meant saying goodbye to show veteran Ruth Moschner (48), who had been there since the beginning in 2019. Instead, Rojinski and Kavanian now act as fixed rate members, supplemented by a prominent guest in each show. So far these have been Viviane Geppert (32), Wotan Wilke Möhring (56), Linda Zervakis (48), Max Giesinger (35) and Jan Delay (47). In the finale, comedian Chris Tall (33) helps to unmask the masked celebrities.
The guessing team also has more to do because “The Mystery” has been introduced. A mask under which a different star hides in each show, who is unmasked immediately after the performance. The singers Rolando Villazón (52), Giovanni Zarrella (46), Stefanie Heinzmann (35), Vanessa Mai (32) and Ireen Sheer (75) appeared.
While Rick Kavanian immediately guessed the hit icon with British roots in the semifinals, Rojinski and Jan Delay had completely different names ready: With the reference to the English language, the presenter immediately thought of Ross Antony (49) – although “The Mystery” in the edition clearly sang with a woman’s voice. Delay also had no idea and humorously just threw the American rapper 50 Cent (48) into the group.
Even with the cotton candy, which ultimately turned out to be Annett Louisan (47), the guessing board was wrong at first. At least the permanent members were guessing German celebrities: Rojinski, for example, comedy lady Martina Hill (49) and actress Jasna Fritzi Bauer (35). Kavanian brought Tokio Hotel frontman Bill Kaulitz (34), rock singer Nina Hagen (69) and actress Jella Haase (31) into play. Louisan had definitely intended the confusion because she had deliberately disguised her professional voice.
The guessing team also couldn’t figure out the coach potato alias Hugo Egon Balder (74). Because of the reference to Schiller (Balder played at the Schiller Theater in Berlin), Palina Rojinski suspected that a poet was hiding under the mask. Guest Max Giesinger guessed a star from “Schillerstrasse”.
As much as the team tries to guess the right celebrities, one must not forget that this is a show that is meant to be entertaining and exciting. That’s why some tips certainly shouldn’t be taken entirely seriously. For example, Rojinski was hoping to see superstar Beyoncé (42) on stage.
Who is in the flea, the crocodile and the flip flop?
Will such illustrious names also be mentioned in the finale? The mystery of the remaining three masks, flea, crocodile and flip flop, will be solved on Saturday, May 18, 2024, from 8:15 p.m., on ProSieben and on Joyn. In addition, the mystery appears again in the finale. As usual, the live show will be moderated by Matthias Opdenhövel (53).
Nazan Eckes (47) in the Robodog, Nadja Benaissa (42) as Elgonia as well as Annett Louisan in the Cotton Candy, Uschi Glas in the Baby Lion and Hugo Egon Balder as the Couch Potato have already been exposed.
