According to a post from Dmitry Gusakov, Lido’s head of community staking, Rocket Pool contracts are controlled by the Rocket Pool team, allowing teams to change settings and run any process. This means that the developer of a rocket pool can increase the inflation rate by an arbitrary percentage or raise the fee up to 100%.

According to Gusakov’s post, RocketStorage contracts on Ethereum wallet 0x1d8f8f00cfa6758d7bE78336684788Fb0ee0Fa46 There is a setting called “guardian” where many of the functions in the Rocket Pool contract are also labeled as “guardian”. “onlyGuardian” means it can only be run by the accounts listed in this setting. which is currently set to the RocketPool deployer at 0x0cCF14983364A7735d369879603930Afe10df21e.
