The physician Klaus Stöhr has an injunction against the news magazine The mirror it acts. As the lawyers of the epidemiologist, virologist and vaccine experts announced, the Frankfurt Regional Court forbade the publishing house to continue reproducing Stöhr with the words “Because the world population is contaminated, vaccines are not necessary”.
According to the lawyers, in the article “Prophets on the wrong track” from February 2021, the magazine gave the shortened impression that Stöhr had taken the view that vaccines were not necessary at all when dealing with the Covid 19 pandemic. According to the lawyers, the regional court emphasized the high demands that must be placed on a correct quote. The judgment of August 26th is not yet final. A spokeswoman for the mirrors-Verlags stated: “We are still examining the judgment and will decide within the period of appeal whether we accept it or take action against it.”
