Season 16 of “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” starts on Friday, January 13th. at RTL. A few days before, the candidates reveal which luxury items they are taking with them to the Australian jungle. As always, the twelve campers are allowed to bring two personal things per person.
Pillows and body care: classic jungle luxury items
The classic among luxury items is actually a profane object: the pillow. With influencer Jolina Mennen (30), model Tessa Bergmeier (33), dating show permanent guest Gigi Birofio (23) and DSDS cult figure Cosimo Citiolo (41), four stars have chosen the sleep aid.
Various cosmetics make up the majority for the visual and hygienic residual dignity. Among other things, hair wax (Gigi), curl care (Jolina), wet wipes and Vaseline (Cecilia Asoro, 26) ended up in the suitcases.
Jungle senior Martin Semmelrogge (67) wants to keep himself physically fit, he takes a fascia roll and a fitness band with him. Claudia Effenberg (57) packs two hair bands. The spiritually inclined Jana Pallaske (43) does not want to do without tiger balm and the versatile wrapping cloth Pareo.
Cloth snake and fake smartphone
Model Papis Loveday (46) was less practical in choosing his items. He takes a picture of his mother with him. Also in the luggage: stuffed snake Renata. Daddy wants to work off his snake phobia with her for the jungle exams.
It gets strange with Markus Mörl (63). His wife gave the NDW star (“I want fun”) a dummy cell phone. So the smartphone-addicted singer can slowly get used to it.
Lucas Cordalis (55) takes a more pragmatic approach. The singer takes sleeping goggles and earplugs with him. Did the brother-in-law ex-campers Iris Klein (55) and Jenny Frankenhauser (30) give him tips?
One candidate even does without luxury: moderator Verena Kerth (41) loves it ascetically.
