The actress filed a complaint for “violent rape of a minor under the age of 15” against director Benoît Jacquot. The Paris prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation.

She first mentions facts which took place “in Jane’s house [Birkin, compagne à l’époque du cinéaste]in Jacques Doillon’s office”. “No one saw it and I didn’t tell anyone about it.”she specifies.

When France Inter journalist Sonia Devillers asks Judith Godrèche what “wants Doillon” of her, the actress responds “the same thing” as Benoît Jacquot. “Your body ?” the journalist asks him. The actress nods. “And so he abuses you ?” continues the interviewer. Judith Godrèche agrees again.

“He gropes me, makes out with me”

The actress also returns to the filming of the film “The Fifteen-Year-Old Girl” by Jacques Doillon released in 1989, and in which she plays the main role, alongside Melvil Poupaud and Jacques Doillon himself. She explains that Jacques Doillon “fired the actor” to put himself in her place and play the character of Willy, the father of the heroine’s boyfriend who gradually falls in love with her. “All of a sudden he decides there’s a love scene, a sex scene between him and me.”, says Judith Godrèche. She explains that for this scene “45 takes” have been done. “I take off my sweater, I’m shirtless, he gropes me, makes out with me”, she describes. She also specifies that Jane Birkin, Jacques Doillon’s partner at the time, was present on the filming of this scene, “an extremely painful situation for her”according to Judith Godrèche.
