Oh, it was a celebration for all the Google reviewers when the new Silvretta thermal baths opened in Ischgl at the beginning of December. “The water is too cold,” some complained; “Chaos at the tills,” complained the others; “Not a sensible visitor guide”, was the opinion of the next, while the spa people from Ischgl tried to moderate the one-star ratings with soothing sentences. It didn’t help much that it was a designated trial run with reduced prices: the Ischgl audience grumbled.
