He was remanded in custody pending his trial in a few months. A 25-year-old young man, already known to the courts, is being prosecuted for possession of numerous child pornography images that he kept on his mobile phone, reports the Brest prosecutor.
This employee in an integration project was placed in police custody on Monday in Morlaix (Finistère) after two men discovered numerous photos of “naked women” on his phone during an evening last year. some of which actually represent underage girls.
The man tried to evade several times, notably by not showing up for summons. “Despite evidence being lost or destroyed, hundreds of photos were found on the hard drive of his phone,” said the prosecutor.
