Thomas Hanitzsch heads the Institute for Communication Sciences at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich. He researches journalists, their work and their audiences worldwide and knows data and facts on otherwise obscure questions. In an interview at the English Garden Institute, he clears up a few journalistic misconceptions about his own work.
