A young woman who presents herself under the name Louison accuses the forensic pediatrician on Instagram Caroline Rey-Salmon of having made her undergo a gynecological examination which she describes as a “sexual assault”. The pediatrician, also a legal expert, has just taken the vice-presidency of the Ciivise in a stormy atmosphere after the departure of judge Édouard Durand, not renewed by the government at the head of the body.

On social networks, the young woman has also been deploring for several weeks the departure of judge Édouard Durand from the Civiise. A petition of support and requesting “the immediate withdrawal of Doctor Caroline Rey-Salmon” under the precautionary principle has also been posted online and has already collected several hundred signatures. It is notably relayed by a former member of Ciivise who slammed the door, Arnaud Gallais.

For the moment, Le Figaro has not had confirmation that a complaint has been filed against Caroline Rey-Salmon. The new co-president of the Ciivise, for her part, defends herself: “I deny all of the accusations against me but do not wish to make any comments at this time”she indicates in a message sent to Figaro.
This accusation comes as the new Ciivise team has just been set up by the Minister of Labor, Health and Solidarity, Catherine Vautrin. The body is made up of 39 experts: magistrates, police officers, caregivers and representatives of recognized associations such as Face à l’inceste. Former rugby player Sébastien Boueilh, founder of the Colosse aux pieds d’église association, co-chairs the body alongside Caroline Rey-Salmon. On “Daily”, he brought “his support” to Caroline Rey-Salmon and indicated that the latter would surely file a complaint in turn.
